About
Margravial Opera House, Bayreuth 2023
German tenor and composer Daniel Behle is internationally renowned, with a repertoire ranging from Baroque music and Mozart to Wagner and Richard Strauss. With Concerto Köln, he presents arias from the second half of the eighteenth century that have been kept in the archives since their creation.
The concert takes us on a journey across Europe: from England to Italy and Spain to Germany and Austria. Many of the composers featured here were acquaintances of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who held them in high esteem.
